Why Invictus for MPC

Look beyond marks and brochures.

Invictus is a junior college in Hyderabad started by teachers with more than two decades of experience. Our MPC programme prepares students in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for IIT-JEE and other engineering entrances.

After Class 10, many families compare colleges only by ranks, marks and brochures. Those numbers matter, but they do not tell you what a student’s two years will actually be like.

We think the better questions are: how will my child be taught, how will they be supported, and how will they feel along the way?

We have built an MPC programme that goes further than routine coaching, one that builds confidence and brings out each student’s best.

Programme features

What our MPC programme offers

01

Twenty years of teaching

Our teachers have spent more than two decades preparing students, and that experience shapes every lesson plan.

02

A plan for each goal

Whether the aim is IIT-JEE, another engineering entrance or a strong board result, the plan is set around it.

03

Steady, not rushed

Topics are covered at a sensible pace across two years, with time built in for revision.

04

Reasoning and problem-solving

We teach the thinking skills that competitive exams test, not just formulas to memorise.

05

Marks and well-being together

Serious study and a healthy state of mind are treated as one goal.

06

Mentoring and career guidance

Students get advice on goals, subject choices and options after Intermediate.

07

Questions welcome

Students are encouraged to ask, discuss and think things through for themselves.

08

Teachers who motivate

Our leadership has guided thousands of students towards their goals.

How we compare

What sets our MPC programme apart

Most MPC colleges cover the same syllabus. The difference lies in how it is planned and taught. Here is how our approach compares with a typical junior college.

The MPC programme

Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, built to last.

MPC is the Intermediate stream for students heading towards engineering, architecture, technology or the pure sciences. A strong MPC foundation also keeps many other options open.

Mathematics

What students build

Logical thinking, quick and accurate calculation, and confidence with multi-step problems

Physics

What students build

Clear concepts and the ability to apply formulas to real situations with understanding

Chemistry

What students build

A solid grasp of physical, organic and inorganic chemistry, revised regularly

Examinations the programme prepares for

  • IIT-JEE (JEE Main and JEE Advanced)
  • Other engineering entrance exams, including state-level tests

How the two years are planned

  1. Stage 1

    Lay the foundation

Students settle in, strengthen the basics and form good study habits.

  2. Stage 2

    Apply and practise

Concepts are linked to problem-solving and tested on new kinds of questions.

  3. Stage 3

    Revise and refine

Regular revision and exam practice help students enter the final months calm and ready.

Each stage moves at a pace that keeps students progressing and confident.

Who it suits

Is MPC right for your child?

Our MPC programme is a good fit for students who:

  • Have finished Class 10 and want to study Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
  • Hope to clear IIT-JEE or another engineering entrance exam.
  • Prefer to understand concepts rather than memorise them.
  • Do their best work when they feel supported, not pushed.
  • Would value mentoring and career advice along the way.

It also suits parents who want strong academics for their child and care just as much about their confidence and happiness.

How we teach

Better IIT-JEE preparation comes from clarity, not longer hours.

Four ideas guide how we teach MPC.

1

Understand, then practise

Students grasp the idea behind a topic before solving questions on it.

2

Stretch, don’t strain

Problems are chosen to challenge students at the right level.

3

Ask freely

Questions are welcome in every class, and students learn to think independently.

4

Revise regularly

Planned revision keeps learning fresh and removes last-minute panic.

The result: students who understand the subject, trust their reasoning and stay calm with unfamiliar questions.
